Voyage chartering
Fixing tonnage for a laden voyage — freight negotiated per tonne or lumpsum, terms set out in a recap you can hold us to.
Vessel operating & commercial management
We take a fixture from recap to final laytime statement — chartering, voyage instructions, port calls and daily reporting, run by people who answer at 3am because that is when the port calls.
What we handle
Fixing tonnage for a laden voyage — freight negotiated per tonne or lumpsum, terms set out in a recap you can hold us to.
Period employment from delivery to redelivery, with hire, off-hire and bunker quantities tracked and reconciled throughout.
Voyage instructions issued, master briefed, port calls coordinated and a daily position report in your inbox each morning.
Statement of facts checked against the charter party, laytime calculated, demurrage or despatch claimed and settled.
Berth booking, pilotage, customs and immigration, stores, spares and crew changes handled at load and discharge ends.
Grade, quantity and stem timing planned against the voyage, with suppliers nominated and quantities verified on delivery.
How a fixture runs with us
You send cargo, quantity, ports and laycan. We come back with an indication and available tonnage, usually the same working day.
Main terms agreed, subjects lifted, and a written fixture recap issued so there is no argument later about what was fixed.
Instructions to the master, agents appointed both ends, bunkers stemmed, and a daily report covering position, ETA and any delay.
Statement of facts reviewed, laytime calculated, freight and any demurrage invoiced, and the file closed with everything documented.
Where we trade
Cargoes. Containers, bulk grain and fertiliser, steel and project cargo, bagged goods, and breakbulk. If it needs a ship and a plan, send it over.
